ARGH 2004 Power Ratings

The following are the Final ARGH power ratings for the 2004 season. Teams included are the 117 Division 1-A teams, the two teams in the process of moving to Division 1-A (Florida Atlantic and Florida International), and Florida A&M, who plays more than half their schedule against rated teams.

The estimated home field advantage is .618, or about 6.18 points for an average game. The power ratings represent the chance that the team in question has of beating an average Division 1-A team without regard to location.
